David R. Weinreb

Chairman & Founder

Known for his passion and tenacity, David R. Weinreb is an entrepreneur and respected leader who since 2020 has been the Chairman of Weinreb Ventures Holdings (“WVH”), a multi-faceted investment and advisory firm with a focus on creating and enhancing real estate that will stand the test of time. Mr. Weinreb is also the Chairman of Dar Global (LSE: DAR), a London listed luxury real estate developer that has approximately $23B (Gross Development Value) of development underway, including developments in collaboration with the Trump Organization in the UAE, Oman, and Saudia Arabia. Mr. Weinreb previously served as co-founder, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHH) from 2010 to 2019. Mr. Weinreb directed the company’s efforts since its inception, building a portfolio of some of the most sought-after real estate in the country and growing the company’s market cap from ~$500M to ~$6B upon his departure. The company developed over 15M SF across the country during Mr. Weinreb’s tenure.

While at Howard Hughes, his vision, leadership, and acumen led him to be honored with the 2013 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Award in Real Estate for the region. Additionally, Weinreb was listed multiple times in the Commercial Observer Power 100 as one of the most powerful people in New York City real estate. During his tenure, the company generated over $5B in residential sales at HHC communities, including more than $4B at Ward Village in Honolulu, which was named “Best Planned Community in the US” by Architectural Digest.

Prior to leading the emergence of The Howard Hughes Corporation as a publicly traded company, Mr. Weinreb spent 17 years creating and running his own investment firm, TPMC Realty Corporation. Mr. Weinreb’s deep commitment to philanthropy spans local and national causes, including serving on the national board of the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation.

Moshe Itzhakov is an entrepreneurial real estate executive who has been President and a Partner at Weinreb Ventures Holdings (“WVH”) since 2020. Prior, Moshe served in a variety of leadership roles at The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHH), a publicly-traded real estate company with a portfolio spanning across the country. Working alongside the CEO, Moshe oversaw strategy, communications, and public relations while developing the vision and transformation plans for some of the company’s most important assets, including the Seaport District in Lower Manhattan and Ward Village in Honolulu. Prior to Howard Hughes, Moshe spent two years in Accenture’s strategy consulting group advising clients on growth strategy, operating model, and M&A.

Moshe’s non-profit interests include his membership in the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle, and his role as a founding member of the China Institute’s Next Gen Leadership Council.

Carly Finer is an Executive Vice President and Partner at Weinreb Ventures Holdings (“WVH”), where she is involved in the underwriting, development, project management, and asset management of the firm’s real estate portfolio. Prior to joining WVH, Carly was a Senior Associate for James Nelson’s investment sales team in New York City, which was named the top-performing investment sales team for Cushman & Wakefield nationwide in 2016 during her tenure. Over her four years with Nelson’s team, she worked at three different firms: Massey Knakal, Cushman & Wakefield, and Avison Young. While pursuing her master’s degree, Carly worked in acquisitions and asset management at Greenbrook Partners, focused on value-add real estate opportunities in Brooklyn, NY.

Carly holds an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She currently sits on the board of Oklahoma University of Oklahoma’s Urban Design Studio.

Jay Martinez is Vice President of Investments at Weinreb Ventures Holdings (“WVH”), where he supports investment execution and strategic initiatives across the firm’s real estate platform. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $10 billion of investments and developments, with a primary focus on residential real estate.

Prior to joining WVH, Jay was an Associate at Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), the largest single-family rental REIT in the United States, with a portfolio of over 100,000 homes and approximately $25 billion in assets. In this role, he led underwriting and financial modeling efforts across multiple investment strategies and played a key role in launching several of the firm’s growth platforms, including build-to-rent, third-party management, lending, and development.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Andrews University.

Fred serves as Vice President of Finance at Weinreb Ventures Holdings (“WVH”), where he oversees the firm’s financial planning, treasury management, and accounting functions.

Prior to joining WVH, Fred held senior roles in investor relations, investment research, and institutional portfolio oversight with leading traditional and alternative investment managers, including Arena Capital Advisors and Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO). He has also served on and chaired investment committees managing capital on behalf of institutions, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth investors. Fred began his career as an examiner at FINRA (formerly NASD), conducting forensic audits of member firms’ financial and trading activities.

Fred earned a BBA in Finance, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Kyle M. Weinreb serves as Development Manager at Weinreb Ventures Holdings (“WVH”), where he supports the firm’s real estate investment and development initiatives across acquisitions, project management, and strategic execution. He brings a multi‑faceted perspective shaped by prior experience in the entertainment and healthcare sectors, where he led creative productions, managed high‑performing teams, and navigated complex operational environments with precision.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and has earned a Certificate in Real Estate Investing and Analytics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of CRE Analyst’s Fast Track Program.
